Visits are available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We recommend scheduling at least a week in advance to ensure availability.
During your visit, you'll have the opportunity to tour our facilities, meet our staff, and learn more about our academic and extracurricular programs. We also offer virtual tours for families unable to visit in person—simply request a virtual tour link when you contact us.

Conditions for Enrollment
We welcome students who are ready to embrace our values-driven education and contribute to our community.
- Age Requirement: Applicants for Nursery must be at least 3 years old by September 30 of the admission year. For higher classes, age is assessed based on the student's previous academic level.
- Academic Performance: Applicants must demonstrate satisfactory performance in their previous school, as evidenced by report cards, and pass our entrance exam.
- Entrance Exam and Interview: All applicants are required to take an entrance exam covering English, Mathematics, and General Knowledge, followed by an interview with the Admissions Team.
- Character and Discipline: Applicants must exhibit good behavior and a willingness to adhere to the school's Catholic values and code of conduct, though students of all faiths are welcome.
- Boarding Requirement: Students willing to board are encouraged to apply, as Francis Maria Libermann School operates as both a day and boarding school, fostering a disciplined and supportive environment.
- Health Requirements: A medical report confirming the student's fitness and up-to-date vaccinations is mandatory.

Our Open Days are the perfect opportunity to see our school in action. You'll have the chance to tour our facilities, attend sample classes, watch student performances, and interact with current students and parents. We'll also host Q&A sessions with our faculty and leadership team to answer all your questions about academics, boarding life, and extracurricular activities.
What to Expect
Here's a step-by-step guide to what happens after you apply to Francis Maria Libermann School.
- Application Review: Our Admissions Team reviews your application and documents within two weeks of submission.
- Entrance Exam and Interview: Applicants are scheduled for an entrance exam and interview, typically within a month of applying.
- Admission Decision: You'll receive an admission decision via email within one week of the interview. Successful candidates will receive an acceptance letter and enrollment package.
- Fee Payment: Pay the initial tuition fee installment (see Fees section below) to secure your spot.
- Orientation: Attend our New Student Orientation in January, where students and parents will learn about the school's expectations, meet the house masters, and prepare for the academic year.
- First Day: The academic year begins in January, and your child will officially join the Francis Maria Libermann community as either a day scholar or boarder.

Non-Candidate Classes
We offer a Pre-Form 1 Preparatory Program for students who are not yet ready to join Form 1 but show potential for growth. This program focuses on foundational skills in English, Mathematics, and Science, preparing students for the rigors of secondary education. The program runs for one year and includes:
- Intensive academic support
- Character development workshops
- Introduction to boarding life
Students who successfully complete this program are guaranteed admission to Form 1.
Candidate Classes
Francis Maria Libermann School offers education from Nursery to Form 4, preparing students for national examinations (PSLE, FTNA, CSEE) under the NECTA curriculum (school codes ZP0372 && S4202). Our candidate classes focus on:
- Academic excellence in core subjects
- Practical learning through science labs and field trips
- Spiritual and moral growth through our Catholic ethos
- Extracurricular activities, including sports and cultural events
Admission to these classes is based on the entrance exam, interview, and previous academic performance.
